Sweet Enemy by Heather Snow

Heather was my blog guest yesterday, but bless her heart, she’s back today to help me get the word out about Touch of a Rogues release.

I poked around on Heather Snow’s website a bit and discovered she has a page just for Book Clubs.  If your group decides to read her Sweet Enemy, she’s offering to post a picture of the gang and send everyone these delightful little wine glass charms.

Doesn’t that look scrumptious?

Heather is offering a prize to one lucky commenter—A book safe (one of those cool boxes that looks like a book but you can hide small trinkets in). Open to US entries. So be sure to leave a question or comment for Heather today.

This hour, I’ll also be choosing another reader to receive an ebook of my Maidensong for winner’s choice of Kindle or Nook.

I always think the most satisfying romances result when the hero and heroine start as enemies. Since Rika blames Bjorn for her father’s death, it’s hard to imagine how she could ever see him as anything but a bloody raider.

But I’ve always been drawn to stories where the hero and heroine grow and change in a steep character arc. Hope you are, too.

  3. Heather, I finally! got to read your book and I loved it. You’ve certainly taken your place in favorite authors whose books will be purchased on name alone. I just hope you and your husband get a second ‘cover cake’ real soon. :) Hugs.

  8. Na S. says:

Couples that start out as enemies can have such a passionate romance. I like seeing them clash and yes, it’s satsifying when they give in to love.

  9. StacieD says:

I have to agree with Mia about loving couples who start out as enemies. I like to see the sparks that are created by their arguments. Eventually you know that their explosive encounters will lead to passion.

Btw, I am Canadian so can’t enter the contest to win your book… Just wanted to let you know that I am looking forward to reading your book…

      1. Heather Snow says:

Hi May! You can’t enter this contest, as the book safe is a little heavy to mail internationally (as I learned when I sent one to Hungary for $18!), but if you click on yesterday’s post, I am giving away SWEET ENEMY internationally if you leave a comment!

  11. Gayle Cochrane says:

Heather, how has the debut of your book changed your life?

    1. Heather Snow says:

Hi Cate :) Well, it’s only been out 3 weeks, so life hasn’t changed much! In fact, even on debut day, I had fun in the morning reading congratulatory tweets and FB messages, and then it was on to laundry, dishes and diapers…LOL (Though we did get a sitter and go out for a lovely dinner with friends and SWEET ENEMY cover cake!)

I think it still hasn’t settled in. :)

  13. I was lucky enough to read Heather’s book early and I absolutely loved it!! I can’t wait to get my hands on her next book. Heather is awesome!

    Thanks for the giveaway.
